2. Products & Pricing
All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. Prices are quoted in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) and may change without prior notice. While we strive to ensure accuracy, Phones 'N All Zambia reserves the right to correct pricing, specifications, or product information errors.
3. Orders
Orders are subject to stock availability and payment verification. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or inventory shortages.
4. Payment Methods
We accept MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, Zamtel Kwacha, bank transfers, cash payments, and other approved payment methods. Orders may only be processed after payment has been successfully confirmed.
5. Delivery
We offer delivery services within Zambia. Delivery charges and estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination. While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframes, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Customers are encouraged to inspect products upon receipt. Faulty products may qualify for exchange or replacement in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy. Products damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, liquid damage, software modifications, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible for return or exchange.
7. Warranty
Selected products are supplied with a warranty subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions. Customers must retain their receipt or proof of purchase to make a warranty claim.
8. Limitation of Liability
Phones 'N All Zambia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use products purchased through our website or stores.
9. Privacy
Customer information collected during purchases, inquiries, or account registration is used solely for order processing, customer support, delivery coordination, and service improvement. We do not sell, rent, or share customer information with unauthorized third parties.
